Woody was beyond professional and accomodating. He went above and beyond to help me purchase my first new car. It can be a rather daunting experience, and he was there to answer any question I could come u above and beyond to help me purchase my first new car. Since I live in another state (Georgia) he scanned/USPS/emailed every piece of information possible throughout the entire ordering process and purchase. Let's not forget he also was forced to deal with my mother/father as they felt obligated to check in since I lived out of state. He should get an award simply for dealing with that. Everyone at Wickstrom Ford Lincoln Mercury Chrysler Jeep Dodge makes you feel like the most important customer (practically like family) while you are there. It does not matter with whom you work at Wickstrom (Ford Div.) they are all outstanding and are way above the other dealers in the area I have experienced. I am with Wickstrom since 1996, bought 6 or 7 cars (Cobras, Escapes, Fusion), have done a lot of modification work on my Mustang and Aaron and Bill are just great guys to work with - and highly experienced and professional. With Bill (Master-Mind mechanic) you know he takes great care and does a great job. I love those guys and they make me coming back for more, simply because they are so easy to work with. And by the way: their prices can compete with everybody in the Chicago area; even with those oil change joints. I do not understand anybody going to the McDonald's of car service, if you can have a professional, carrying, top service at Wickstrom and build a relationsship that last for a very reasonable price. And one last thing: their employees are there for years: another hard to beat plus for Wickstrom. More

I feel confident that my car is being well taken care of when it is in for service, and I like getting the copies of the checklists they use when checking over my car. Manny, my salesman and Rob, from the management team, both did a great job. There was none of the "high pressure" sales used. They were both professional and curtious during the whole process. The test drive was very good and they answered all of my questions. They also gave me the car fax data. I was allowed to have my mechanic examine the car before I made an offer. We discussed the price, came to an ageement , and made the deal. They"fixed" a cuple of smaqll issues we had and I drove away a very happy customer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We first visited Wickstrom to view a Wrangler. My daughter thought this was the car she wanted but we had concerns about getting the roof on/off, etc. Joe was very candid with us re: the issue and p daughter thought this was the car she wanted but we had concerns about getting the roof on/off, etc. Joe was very candid with us re: the issue and pointed us in the direction of the Jeep Liberty with the skyslider. That is the vehicle we ended up buying and my daughter absolutely loves the car. It was the right decision for us. The skyslider is awesome and gives us the feel of an open air vehicle but without the hassle of taking the top on/off not to mention the storage issue we would have had with the hard tops of the Wrangler. We couldn't be happier with our choice and I thank Joe for showing us an alternative to the Wrangler. Without his help, we may have gone to another brand! More

We all trust them and never had any problems with any area in the dealership. Whenever we have brought our vehicles in for service, Aaron is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Tom Hancock has always worked on all of our vehicle and we trust him 100%. He is very honest about what is wrong and what we need to drive our vehicle safely. He is the best mechanic!
