I have four Ford products that I service regularly at Wickstrom. I really appreciate the personalized attention I get from Service Manager Aaron Grassel. My experience with the Wickstrom Auto Group has been completely pleasant. I do not enjoy dealing with maintaining my cars and like to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. When I bring my cars to Wickstrom the staff is incredibly professional. They access and inform me of my options and they get my auto work done quickly. Their billing is clear and easy to understand and I really don't see myself ever using another car dealer for my service and purchasing needs. More

My past experience with car dealerships was filled with pushy salespeople. Not long ago, I pulled up to a Nissan dealership where three salespeople were outside the entrance smoking. One of them actually stomped out their cigarette in front of me and asked me if they could help me! Wickstrom Ford, by contrast, is the epitome of professionalism. I was blown away by their product knowledge as well. These folks aren't just pushing a "product" -- they are really passionate about the vehicles. This is the second vehicle I've gotten from Wickstrom Ford and I've also sent four friends over who have all bought their vehicles there as well. Their service department is second to none and the personalized attention is unparalleled. They have a customer for life in me.? More
