Purchased a vehicle from the dealership after months of search. Left the dealership and realized that it did not have my #1 required feature. I have dealt with Wickstrom Ford and Chrysler since their opening and this was the worst experience. During the time of sales everyone was attentive but as soon as you sign on the line you become a second th opening and this was the worst experience. We purchased a two year old previously leased vehicle that needed minor items repaired / replaced. At time of pickup some items had not been corrected with the excuse of "back order" of parts. It's now been two months and still no parts, including a second fob. Worst there has been no communication from parts or sales person unless I initiated it. Second issue is that by our mistake items were left in the Lincoln MKX trade in which have since disappeared. The sales people were quickly notified but again no follow through. The buyers deserve better treatment after a sale. More
