I have purchased about a dozen autos in my lifetime from car dealers for myself and my family but NEVER had a more pleasant buying experience than my recent purchase of a 2026 Chrysler Pacifica for my wife from Wickstrom in Barrington. From the moment I walked in their door my salesman Don DiPaulo and the staff made me feel welcome and at home - like I was a member of THEIR family. Every aspect of the entire experience was friendly, unpressured, professional and kind. I am not one who writes reviews often - but the level of consideration and competency they demonstrated moved me to write this review. I cannot sing high enough praise for this Dealership and will be returning to purchase from them again in the near future. I had a great buying experience with the purchase of my Jeep Cherokee with Don at Wickstrom Jeep! He was not pushy and never made me feel like I had to make a purchase the first day I came in. He answered Jeep Cherokee with Don at Wickstrom Jeep! He was not pushy and never made me feel like I had to make a purchase the first day I came in. He answered all my questions, let me put a deposit down to hold it until I could come back in and even helped me get an extra key fob! He went over everything in the vehicle with us after purchase and answered all our questions. The finance department was also great. I love that they have no hidden fees and are a family-owned business!! I would recommend Don and Wickstrom Jeep to anyone!! More
