I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee through Wickstrom Auto Group, working with Eric Jensen, six years ago. That proved to be an excellent experience. So when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle my first stop was back to Wickstrom Auto Group and was thrilled to learn I would once again be working with Eric Jensen. Eric patiently guided me through the education process, a test drive, and the financial arrangements to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer, then a Lincoln Aviator, and finally the Grand Cherokee Summit which I ultimately purchased. Throughout this recent purchase, I found Eric Jensen to be the same friendly, knowledgeable, and totally professional sales consultant I had experienced working with six years earlier. The entire start to final delivery process working with Eric and the Wickstrom Auto Group Team was simple, efficient, and totally stress-free. In short, an outstanding overall experience. I live in Barrington, IL and as with many other places, we have several Ford dealerships in the area to choose from. I went to my local dealer, Wickstrom Ford, first and I never had a need to try working we have several Ford dealerships in the area to choose from. I went to my local dealer, Wickstrom Ford, first and I never had a need to try working with a different dealership. I had a good idea what I wanted when ordering my 2025 Big Bend Bronco with a manual transmission, but there were other features I wasn't sure about and the team at Wickstrom was helpful to make my final decision. Everything was easy with Wickstrom (and I have had problems with other dealerships in the past). The pricing and terms were clear. They did not put extra equipment on the vehicle which other dealerships do and try to force me to pay for it. In transit from the factory, the windshield was cracked by a rock chip. The team at Wickstrom replaced it with an OEM windshield and made everything right. I am extremely happy with my Bronco and the service I got at Wickstrom. Chris Krason was great to work with on the sales team. I highly recommend them to anyone. More
