I like my service manager. I wasn't impressed with the fact that for the 3rd time service misplaced my car and it took way over 30 minutes to find it. Also 2 days after you serviced the car all four tire fact that for the 3rd time service misplaced my car and it took way over 30 minutes to find it. Also 2 days after you serviced the car all four tires were low on air. The tire indicator came on showing all of them low, I had to go and put air in them myself. I should not have had to do that. After having my vehicle for 3 days and complaining to the director, advisor called me back with what sounded to me like a lie. He told me $2300.00 dollars all labor for the A/C, I took it to Brahman and they director, advisor called me back with what sounded to me like a lie. He told me $2300.00 dollars all labor for the A/C, I took it to Brahman and they fixed the condenser for $2000. Never go to Williamson again.
