I was charged over $500 for routine 22,500 mile maintenance. My service advisor lied and said I had not had my 15,000 mile maintenance done. I contacted Buick and was relieved to find out that, in maintenance. My service advisor lied and said I had not had my 15,000 mile maintenance done. I contacted Buick and was relieved to find out that, in the future, I can have my service done at any GM Dealer, it doesn't have to be a Buick dealer. On the bright side, due to the pandemic, they offered concierge service where my car was taken to the dealer by them and returned to me with no-touch service. More
