Excellent service by Carmen. Quick, efficient, and detailed. Cashier employee, unknown name due to no ID or name on shirt, was on her phone and not attentive to checkout process. Service was slow. What should have taken one day took 3. I had to switch advisors because Carmen was unresponsive and would not give updates. When the mechanic encountered a problem that stopped the service I had to switch advisors because Carmen was unresponsive and would not give updates. When the mechanic encountered a problem that stopped the service, she didn't call me; I had to call for an update. Once the service was switched to Carlos the communication was much better. It took over 30 mins to get my car after I paid and took the receipt directly to the Valet. Outside of the service from Carlos, I dont know if I have a good reason for ever getting my car serviced at Williamson ever again. More
They offered a loaner immediately knowing the work would take some time so we didn’t have to wait around. Alfonso then called me in the middle of the week and gave me an update of the issues. Alfonso Robleto was my service advisor on this visit and he is an impecable employee. When i arrived he walked with me to my vehicle so that he could better understand what issue my vehicle was having. I ha he is an impecable employee. This time Alfonso made sure I didn't have this problem again. He kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle and it was fixed in a timely manner. When the service was completed Alfonso walked out to the vehicle with to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. He did this during his lunch break. He was extremely helpful. More
Carmin was an absolute delight to work with. She was beyond helpful and informative. I was disappointed with the loaner/rental program as my car was not under warranty and no discount could be given at beyond helpful and informative. Horrible service. Won’t go back!!! Don’t do what they are suppose to but state they did. Removed Freon from AC after repair Brought car to me, drove it to front with hot air blowing and still tried giving it suppose to but state they did.
