Great experience with Erick. He was very helpful and has great customer service skills. On the other hand, the lady at the cash register should be a little bit friendly. Beautiful dealership but customer service is poor When I brought my vehicle in I was handed a number and told to pull up. I exited my vehicle and stood around unsure of what to do as this was my first time at this dealership. I asked an associate and was told ppl were called by numbers. After that It was a smooth transition to get service and I was given a loaner. I received a call that my vehicle was ready 2 days later. I was not given an explanation on what was the issue with my vehicle. I had to ask. Upon picking up my vehicle the cashier was very rude. Never greeted me or thanked me. When I asked where do I get my vehicle she vaguely pointed in a direction and said go out that door. After wandering around (and several employees walking by me did not offer help) I Found an employee at a podium and he took my paperwork and called for my car. My suggestion is employees should not assume someone has been to the dealership. They should explain the process. Also I feel that because I'm not Hispanic, nor do I speak Spanish I was not given the same treatment as others receive. More

I’d like to take a moment to specifically appl category to place the 5 star rating. I wanted to elaborate an additional note to my earlier review. I’d like to take a moment to specifically applaud the superior attitude of your Service Advisor Mr. Alfonso Robleto and the Williamson Cadillac Buick team in general. I recently had my Buick serviced for a follow up review of a problem that was diagnosed and treated. Although I did not obtain the Buick thru this dealership, due to logistics it was conveniently located for me to choose this location to service it. I went on a Saturday at the end of the afternoon after running errands with my kids to get the oil changed, thinking I would probably not have enough time to get it done. Although I had experienced some lapse in acceleration while driving, it was not until after that moment that it was brought to my attention if I felt some glitching / jerking in the car at different acceleration times. He went on to research the warranty left on the vehicle and offered for me to come back at a later day, whenever I was ready, to have it serviced under warranty, offering me also a loaner to avoid going back and forth to work. I thanked him and thought that I would plan to do so at a later time because of my busy work schedule during the upcoming week. They were almost ready to close. He asked me to wait a few minutes if I had the time and he came back stating that he could take care of me right away by providing me with the loaner immediately so that I could leave the Buick and avoid reschedule at a later date. I was consistently informed of the diagnosis and status of the service being performed and recommendations to do the brakes as well which were also performed. When the Buick was ready I tested it and everything went well however a few days later I had to call him back because I noted a new and increased vibration at high speed while driving. This time he offered to have my SUV picked up at my office leaving a loaner immediately. Within 2 days they had checked everything and recommended a calibration. As soon as it was performed and the SUV drive tested by Mr. Robleto, it was sent back to me directly to my office and the loaner picked up, all in a very short and efficient time. Mr. Robleto said not to worry about anything and indeed he meant it. He took care of everything and at no extra charge. In a city where great customer service is almost a privilege, Mr. Robleto not only went beyond what I had asked for or expected. He exceeded my original impression of the dealership brand and surpassed it. It is in situations like this that go a long way towards retaining customer loyalty. With the type of customer care I have experienced at WCB I have nothing more than solid and strong recommendations for him to friends and employees to be made. Once again my appreciation to Service Advisor Mr. Robleto for an outstanding and unparalleled customer support. That's service that makes the difference! More
