Took my car there once I’ve never wanted to do that I did it in New Year’s the damage to the vehicle. You’re not caring or professional like you are. Don’t feel like you’re being treated as a Cadillac owner. I love Williamson you’re all professional you’re all wonderful you feel important when you walk to the door and valued. Please know that Williamson is the absolute best Cadillac dealer in all of the United States!!! Why when a vehicle is brought in @ 0730 is the customer calling at 3:30 to find out what is going on? Then the vehicle is not ready until 3 the following day. Absolutely horrible! The vehicle has been there 3 times and the issue is still not resolved. The original attendant that was handling everything and noticed the problem is no longer there and of course now and the issue is still not resolved. The original attendant that was handling everything and noticed the problem is no longer there and of course now every time I take the vehicle they claim nothings wrong even though while test driving it with me they notice that the vehicle shifts rough. I was told to keep driving it until it fully malfunctions and of course my vehicle is now out of warranty with a pre existing problem. More
