It’s always a pleasure coming here! Carmen is amazing and super efficient. This time I got a ride to work ( didn’t even know this was an option ). It was super convenient I made it to work on time, was able super efficient. This time I got a ride to work ( didn’t even know this was an option ). Service advisor are very “ impersonal” . At times they do not understand people’s needs at all. I feel they do not pay attention to customer issues. Royal treatment! It took 15 minutes to evaluate the problem in my car, signed papers and pick up loaner. Back to work in no time. Received call a day later....problem resolved!
