My vehicle, after 6 days of purchased, had to stay 2 weeks in sevice without any explanation or answers. I had to go to the dealer to speak with the manager and his answer was the the car could stay up to 3 months and they couldnt do anything about it. The sales person Rita Parker, only answered my phone calls until I bought my car, but eventhough she said she could help me anytime she didnt answer my call again. Given the Run Around I bought a Certified Escalade from Williams. The cruise control never worked. I brought it into service and they said they fixed it under warranty. Brought it back again and I was told their was a broken bracket that was preventing the cruise from working. This means they never diagnosed it the first time. Now the second time you charged me 579.00 dollars with no return phone call to discuss the fact it should have been checked in the certified process. I do not feel I was treated fairly.! I will consider buying some where else next time More

Better service I always take my Buick Verano for service to your location, I have seen that service lines are getting longer and longer and no matter if you have an I always take my Buick Verano for service to your location, I have seen that service lines are getting longer and longer and no matter if you have an appointment or not Nobody check on your car or follow the line to see who’s car is there. The lady of front desk after being there for an hour waiting to be called told me that things change for worst I guess no more customers service or attention to detail how can Any car be there sitting by the service side and nobody check that car is scheduled for an appointment. Nobody check a list of schedule car with an appointment or walk in. I recommend more attention to customer service and don’t become like other devices. Quality over quantity that’s why we customers choose your location. Next time I print out my schedule appt to make sure it’s there and because I did online the lady was confused and couldn’t find it.
