Wrong advices on car, bad customer service, bad diagnostics. Took my car for a tire alignment since it was pulling alot, AC wasn't cooling, tire sensor replacement and Cadillac Cue fix. My advisor said I needed to leave the car on the dealer and they will provide a person to take me home since I didn't have a loaner, It took a full week and a few days for them to check everything, got a call back saying my cue needed to be replaced completely and the cost was $1400, the tire sensor was $200 and they said the AC was leaking that the fix was $1200. Got a call for pickup went to pick up the car got charged $300+ dollars for tire alignment, diagnostic and the ride back home also was charged which my advisor told me it was a service from Cadillac. As soon as I left the dealer felt the car exactly the same, pulling just like it was before, called back and my advisor wasn't near to pick up the phone, left a voicemail but still never returned the call, felt like he was avoiding my calls very poor communication. Got transferred to other advisor and took the car back, the guy was really helpful it took like 2 hours for them to fix the alignment and the car changed completely. After all that trouble I fixed everything for $300+ and the car had a check engine light which they never talked or showed on the diagnostic, checked myself with a family member and it was a bad sensor. The car is running perfectly without the high prices cadillac wanted me to pay. The AC problem was too much freon on the car. More
Didn't do all the work and never kept me informed. After multiple days of having my car I had to call myself and see if the car was ready. They never called me to inform me it was. I went to grab it and they gave me the car back with a key FOB that was completely ruined. It was not turned in that way. They replaced it. Then I realize they didn't turn the trunk back on, they didn't fix the back door from making the noise its making. But they surely took care of everything that cost me money!! Like the oil and tires. Almost $600 later and I get the car back half done with a screwed up FOB. It's disappointing because not I have to leave it AGAIN to finish what they didn't. Im not going back to Williamson. I would rather drive to midtown and visit Braman. More
