Practical close to my house. Have always been good and responsible, however this last Thursday my experience was not good. I took the car for oil change and to fix the driver side sun viser and first I ge responsible, however this last Thursday my experience was not good. I took the car for oil change and to fix the driver side sun viser and first I get a call that there was nothing wrong with the sun roof, I said I know that’s not the problem. Finally I got my car back and after a couple of days early in the morning I noticed that the new driver sun viser they installed did not match my car, is a completely different material. I called on Tuesday my service person “Carmen”, she is usually very good, but finally came back with the option of changing the left side without charge so they look the same. My response was absolutely not, the one installed is a cheaper version, and honestly if the company did not have one like the one that came with the car, I should had been giving the option to change it or stayed with the one I originally had which is the factory one, but no one bothered to inform me of it or even acknowledge that the one installed was a different one. Hopefully we can get this matter resolved and my expectations of Williamson Cadillac won’t change. Thank you and truly hope to get this matter resolved. More

Sucks!!! Second time my car took over a month to fix and it's wasn't fixed properly I had to take it back. I take it to the Cadillac because supposedly they should be the best.
