12:00 appointment but the mechanic will be in at 1:00 From the beginning of my service I was told although my appointment is at 12 the mechanic need will be in at 1:00 and soon after my service will begin From the beginning of my service I was told although my appointment is at 12 the mechanic need will be in at 1:00 and soon after my service will begin. My service was simple replace 4 tires and change the oil. I can only hope they changed the oil and filter, My tires was installed and the car was returned to my wife. The next day I drive the car and I noticed the psi indicator says 25 psi but on the tires is rated to be filled with 50 psi. I am now on my way to a service station to properly put 50 psi in my tires. More

Pretty good experience I brought my car for two issues: 1-water not coming out to the windshield (clotted) and keys issues (I got two keys when I bought the car: one was wo I brought my car for two issues: 1-water not coming out to the windshield (clotted) and keys issues (I got two keys when I bought the car: one was working just right but the signs were fading making it too difficult to see, and the other was looking good, like never used and working ok except it was not opening the lift gate) The works took three days for what I got a loaner car, I finally picked my car and try the windshield washer, it was working fine, but didn’t try both keys, the cover was replaced in the one that needed it but still one of them is not opening the lift gate, I contacted the service department and will be going again for a second review in that key. It is not big deal but I would like to have it in full function. More
