I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received from Willis Chevrolet in Smyrna DE since I purchased my 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo brand n I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received from Willis Chevrolet in Smyrna DE since I purchased my 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo brand new 11 yrs ago. I have always taken my car back to Willis for every service or oil change even after my last extended warranty expired. I have always had a pleasurable experience and Willis is very lucky to have such a wonderful Service Manager like Ron Dupois. I have always highly recommended this dealership to friends and family because of my long-term experience with them. Their service dept is #1 in my book! More

Expensive estimate with no results I purchased my pre-owned 2008 Suburban from this dealer several years ago with an overall positive experience. I has limited warranty work with no real issues, This time I took my vehicle in for post warranty work to look at rear back-up sensor and mal-functioning captain's seat. I dropped off vehicle for an estimate and after an hour they couldn't figure out which seat was stuck -- are you kidding me? More disappointing, they charged me over $100 for the estimate that I don't recall consenting. OVerall, they wanted over $400 to replace a $10 sensor that I will get my mechanic to do for less than $100 and they didn't even stock the broken cable for seat repair. Wasted my time and money and will never return to this dealership. More
