The Nissan dealer in my area had quoted me a frightening price for repairs, so I decided to head to Hummels for a second opinion. They took the time to properly diagnose my car's problem and it eneded up costing less than a quarter of what the other dealership had quoted me. The car is running great and they have renewed my faith in dealership service departments. I was also very impressed with their shuttle service. When it was near the end of his shift, the driver actually called to make sure I had a ride for the evening since I had not called for a return trip. Above and beyond service! More

Very helpful on a bad day I went to the dealer to have the battery in my fob changed. While in the parking lot I backed into another customers car. There was not much damage b I went to the dealer to have the battery in my fob changed. While in the parking lot I backed into another customers car. There was not much damage but the service manager came out and looked it over. We went inside and I gave him my information and told him I still needed my battery changed. They change the battery twice and it wouldn’t work. I was still upset from striking the car And he was very nice and comforting me. Turns out I need a new fob and they took care of it right away. More

20,000 mile check,, wonderful service.. I enjoy the people who work at Hummels. I feel that they are knowledgeable about each of the many cars we have purchased from them.
