My oil change took almost 2 hours today. Pretty slow. Oil change took 2 hours today. Service was slow for just an oil change. Also, I was told it would take a little over an hour from the start. 2017 Titan 20000 mile appt Hummels is a great place to not only purchase a vehicle but their service Dept rocks!! Extremely dissatisfied with Nissan headquarters and dealer. Titan in shop for 1 month. Needed new engine on warranty. Nissan HQ stalled. Dealer did not keep in contact. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy sales staff, I never felt pressured into buying anything, just helped all along in the process. Quick and efficient, I was impressed with every employee I interacted with. Had my vehicle taken in for an oil change today. Service was great, and went pretty quick: didn't have to wait in line at all, they got started immediately. From the time I gave them my keys to the time I was driving away, it took about 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and all the employees I saw interacting with each other were professional, but you could also tell that they really seem to enjoy what they do. Looks like a great work environment! As always, Hummel's Nissan did not disappoint, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Disappointed I chose Hummels because whoever answered the phone was so nice and helpful. The gentleman that I delt with was very nice but. I requested that my cars oil be changed and I have no idea if it was changed or not. After having my car for a week I would have thoughts it could have been changed. I was informed that Hummel s tented caes after 3 days of being without mine and I questioned about it. The lady behind the counter when we paid our bill was not friendly. I understand that it was almost 6pm but we live over an hour away from hummels and made it to the shop 10 min before closing. More
