The service department is absolutely horrible. It took 6.5 weeks for them to change my alternator which is a 2 hour job. When I tell you I hate Wilson Kia. Words can't even describe how much I HATE them, and their service dept. The young lady that always answers the phone is so rude and uncaring. I called today to tell them about problems I was having with my Sorento, and the young lady's response was, " well we don't have anything available until January 2022." I asked what was I supposed to do about getting someone to look at my truck? Her response, " well, you can bring it in, but we still won't be able to get to it until January." So rude and uncaring, just like this dealership. If I thought my truck could make it to Meridian to their Kia dealership, that's exactly what I would have done. But I knew my truck would not make it that far. Meridian Kia is absolutely the best Kia dealership to go to. They are very professional and caring, with superb customer service. Which Wilson Kia does not have. I don't know what I'm going to do in the meantime, but I'm still trying to find someone to look at my truck.
