Dropped a truck off Wednesday for a Thursday morning appointment to get a random misfire looked at. Told the advisor it was normally at idle and or very slight throttle and low rpm and very random. Told appointment to get a random misfire looked at. Told the advisor it was normally at idle and or very slight throttle and low rpm and very random. Told him recently did a tune up with plugs and wire and filter still happens. Called Thursday before closing they had not even pulled it in yet. Friday at 11 I get a message tech doesn't see anything suggests a tune up plugs and wires. This is where I started to get annoyed been sharing one car for two days and to get a response that tells me no information was passed on and the tech obviously did not even pop the hood. What a waste of my time and money More

All good! Great experience! All people I met were professional and polite. Didn't meet any typical shady car salesman so that's a plus in my book. Great experience! All people I met were professional and polite. Didn't meet any typical shady car salesman so that's a plus in my book. More
