Do not use this place. I've used it since 2017 (my car was brand new in 2017, so was using them while my car was under warranty: huge mistake) and only had issues: multiple I've used it since 2017 (my car was brand new in 2017, so was using them while my car was under warranty: huge mistake) and only had issues: multiple damages done to my car, parts half installed, constent visits to get the job done, unnecessary replacement of perfectly good parts, poor scheduling (your not on their schedule even though they set the day/time), parts not in hand for work known to be done so ur car stays multiple days, not picking you up at the agreed time (so you call them after waiting 30 minutes to hear they are sending someone now...), huge employee turn around, etc... Save time, money and stress: do not use Wilson-Motors in Corvallis. I'd put less than 1 star but not an option More
The service department went "above and beyond" expectations when they stayed after five to repaired our F350 Ford Diesel truck with a stuck right front brake caliper. We were in an emergency situation because we were stranded with our horse trailer and two horses and could not get back home to the coast with them. We really appreciate the the outstanding service they gave us. The repairs were made and we made it home with the horses that night. All ended well. Thank you. More
3500 dodge lariat was flatbed towed and quickly service ordered the parts and installed although they were booked out for a few weeks for service they got my truck repaired to me in 5 days (they had to wai ordered the parts and installed although they were booked out for a few weeks for service they got my truck repaired to me in 5 days (they had to wait for parts). Had 3 recall items on my 2021 F-150. Wilson had my truck for a full week as they tried to accomplish the 3 fixes. When my wife went to the dealer to pick it they couldn’t have been nicer. They took an unfortunate repair and made the best of it for us. More

Only service department that doesn't "upsell" repairs or any sort of additional services. All the service department staff are professional, but Jeff always goes above and beyond to make sure our car is fix any sort of additional services.
