Followup Visit 6-16-17 I want to commend Glesty Waters for his customer service. I bought my vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota and have used their Service Department for all m I want to commend Glesty Waters for his customer service. I bought my vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota and have used their Service Department for all my maintenance and repair. This visit started off to a rocky start due to some unfortunate miscommunication from my appointment on the previous week. Glesty got it all straightened out made sure the problem was doubled checked before any work was performed, because of his diligence the repair was not what they had originally thought it was and saved me $435.00. The repair was a minor gasket repair and was done at no charge due to the circumstances. You hear from a lot of business that customer service is first and foremost but Wilsonville Toyota delivers. Glesty thank you again for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. More
Too complicated! We called ahead and made an appointment to check the battery only, and replace it if needed. We wanted a quick turnaround. After an hour and a half wait we had to prompt them to give us information and found out that they had done multiple checks which we did not want. We told them to bring our car out so we could leave. After 20 more minutes of waiting, we had to ask for our car again. We were very unhappy with this service experience. All of the additional service checks were to promote sales, adding up to $1100. These checks had absolutely nothing to do with what we asked for or needed. Our time was wasted by the service departments actions. The service manager would be the one to blame for this issue, not the service team. More
Very poor service and high prices When they don't know what is wrong they recommend three different solutions and expect you to pay for all of them. They don't explain why they recommend this huge laundry list of service items...even when I have had it serviced there since new. They act like I have neglected by truck when I have it serviced regularly. Don't go here. The "No Bull" promise is a bunch of bull!! More

No Car wash on-site This service department gives you a car wash coupon for another car wash location in Tigard or Wilsonville. That's great if you live in those areas. It was bad. Oh I need 5 words? Apparently my time and car aren't as important as other peoples. I waited almost 3 hours after they told me my car would be ready. I was told that "other" cars came in and "had to be" dealt with. Being there for as long as I was I noticed EVERYONE else showed up after me and left sooner. I figured I would not have to deal with this having set up my appointment a full month prior to taking my car in. But hey! I got a free car wash out of the deal! More

Service Work and Customer Service i worked with Jonathan Lopez in the service department as they were putting a custom bumper on my 2014 Land Cruiser. Contacted this dealer in Wilsonville and they got me right in, no delays. A couple of cheerful young ladies on sight were most pleasant and helpful. Was in and out with no charge. Car was very dirty from visiting a number of national parks and the dealer provided a very needed and timely free car wash. Could not have been any better. More

Took our 2015 Rav4 in for it's first oil change, we were told upon arrival (15 min prior to our apt) that it would take 1.5 hours to complete. We sat in the waiting area for awhile and then went to talk to a sales person about a possible upgrade, while we were gone (maybe 15 minutes our name was called} or so they said. We waited an additional 2.5 hour then finely asked what the problem was and why it was taking so long. We were told our name had been called 2 hour prior and that they had left a message on our phone. GUESS WHAT? No message was left on our phone. It wasn't like they were overrun with customers, there were maybe only 5 others in the waiting room. Do not like being lied to! We will probably not be returning -- and THAT'S NO BULL!!! More
