I did think while waiting 40 minutes for paperwork to get completed and just sitting at the desk., I should have had somewhat of a tour of the 2016 Camry options it offered. This purchase was not brought on by us, we came in for an oil change on my 2013 Camry... This new vehicle is some what different so I needed to read my manual to find where things were. I do feel that is an important part of selling a car., as I was not given that ... I too am in Customer Service and we can't have our clients leaving with not knowing where things are. I had to wait for my husband to come outside because I popped the hood instead of the brake release before I could leave in my new car :-( But I do enjoy my car. More
Not timely I have had my car serviced for its scheduled maintenance covered under Toyota care before this visit. I chose to return to continue for maintenance even though I would now have to pay. I was disappointed though that it took over 2 hours, a 1/2 hour over the time told to me to get my car returned. I was even more disappointed that it took longer than it has in the past without the car washed or vacummed which had been part of the service before. I would have appreciated knowing in advance that this was no longer part of the service. When they finally told me the car was ready it took them 20 minutes to "bring it around" I was a half hour late to meeting people at my house. Which I should have been an hour early for. I was also Mis-quoted the price by $20 when I booked my appointment. There were other mishaps and confusions, including which car was mine, that I would usually overlook but this time too any things went wrong and it was extremely frustrating. I am seriously considering taking my car to somewhere that will do everything including vacuuming and washing for half the time. More

Recently I took my sequoia in for a brake job, as I thought that was the only thing My experience with Wilsonville Toyota has only ever been positive. Recently I took my sequoia in for a brake job, as I thought that was the only thing wrong with it. Andy helped me during the entire stay. The mechanics found a few other things wrong with it that HAD to be taken care of for safety concerns. Having to replace axle shafts, Andy did leg work to find some aftermarket ones so that I wasn't paying an additional $800. Totally saved me a ton of money. People say, "Ohhhh just next time take your car to my guy."… No thanks. The customer service at Toyota of Wilsonville is above and beyond. And I didn't even buy my car there!! But I know when the time comes to upgrade to a new car, Wilsonville will get my business. Andy, and all the mechanics there, clearly take their jobs seriously, and customer satisfaction is an evidential priority!! More
