Service with a smile, no bull. The service was straight forward with a total vehicle inspection and an oil change. It was scheduled to take one hour but it was finished in about forty minutes. Every single aspect was very well explained to me and the waiting area is always well stocked and comfortable. The only problem with the process is this. I am in the system for regular service and for some reason I am getting called and E-mail by three different people. I have explained this to the service department people but is has yet to be fixed. For some reason once the service is scheduled the system does not reflect that. Thus the service department is spending time repeating the same process when it is not necessary to do that. Also I am having to call the service department to get them to stop calling and leaving messages. More

Not to mention they gave me a ride back home and picked me up when my 4Runner was ready. I was able to use the coupons they had emailed me so that saved me some money which made the experience even better! In full disclosure, I was not sure if I would return this time because of an issue I had with my vehicle in the past and they could not find the problem for many months; however, I am glad I returned. They have new service people at the sign in desk and even one has a great sense of humor :) Plus, they are dog friendly. As a suggestion, the waiting room could be a little larger, but I met some nice people waiting there and even got to pet a Golden Retreiver waiting for her vehicle to be serviced! Thanks guys. More

3rd time's a charm I have over 210,000 miles on my 2005 Prius and it has been to this dealership for service since it opened. Recently, the brakes on my car squeaked. I have over 210,000 miles on my 2005 Prius and it has been to this dealership for service since it opened. Recently, the brakes on my car squeaked. During a regular service they were replaced. Within month a indicator showed a problem with my emergency brake, another maintenance light came on, and the brakes were squeaking again. So in I went, fixed two items, cleaned the brake pads, but brakes still squeaked when backing down my driveway. But my next service was only another week or so away, so I waited for the oil change time. The service people were very concerned that the brakes still squeaked...and that they had seen me so often. (Oh, I have a 4Runner I had service on in that time too LOL.) That was really nice. They decided to completely redo the brakes because something just didn't look right about the installation and the person who did them was no longer working for them. I won't go anywhere else for servicing my Toyotas. The service personnel have changed several times, but I feel taken care of. They even help me figure out what to put off so the bills are so big all at once. More

No problems! Took my 2006 Highlander in because I thought I had developed an oil leak. Turned out that it was the AC condensation tube draining as normal. Also Took my 2006 Highlander in because I thought I had developed an oil leak. Turned out that it was the AC condensation tube draining as normal. Also had a high-pitched squeal from rear brakes when first used. Brakes checked and found to be fine. Problem was water and rust building up over night on rainy days/evenings. Picked up the car and was told everything was fine--no problems anywhere. And the best part? No Charge!! Jim Hill Sherwood More
Being charged when we had purchased a service contract I went in for our service appointment knowing that we had purchased a service contract. When I was told to sign the form that was charging us $220 for I went in for our service appointment knowing that we had purchased a service contract. When I was told to sign the form that was charging us $220 for our appointment I questioned this. The manager came over and looked at the computer and began to tell me that he sees that there was a warranty on the drive-train, etc, but not on what they were servicing today. I had my husband dig up our papers from our sale this past Feb 2015 and found that we were correct. When I called back I was unable to contact the manager and tried to do this twice. My husband left a message as well. When I got in contact with the manager prior to picking up vehicle, he said he went upstairs to a computer there and saw that there was a service contract that we had purchased...Also I had asked the blue team to make sure the molding around our sun room was looked at as it was coming apart. It wasn't done and when I reminded him to do this he had to pull a service person out to do this .. More
Overall a positive experience. Enjoyed the comfortable furniture and large TV in the waiting area, very homey feeling. The coffee and pastries were great. Only thing I would say is that all the employees walking back and forth to and from the service area could be friendlier. They all seem angry or unhappy. A smile, a nod or just a hello would be the icing on the cake. I don't know the names of any of the service people I worked with. Don't think he introduced himself to me but was a really nice kid. Jason, who was our salesman when we bought our car saw me and came over and sat and talked to me for awhile. Very nice of him to do that He's a keeper!!! Now I was there a week or so ago and went to the parts department to buy touch up paint and the person working there was not friendly at all. In fact he was rather grumpy and I felt like I was being a burden to him by being there. More

We called Toyota and they told us how we could perform a temporary fix in order to get the vehicle to the dealership. They fit us in last minute, fixed our tire within 40 minutes, repacked the spare tire in the car and sent us on our way at no charge. Definitely earned our trust and loyalty. More
