Customer service needs improvement I came at a time that wasn't very busy. When I drove up it took 10 minutes for someone to approach me and I had an appointment. I saw a salesman stan I came at a time that wasn't very busy. When I drove up it took 10 minutes for someone to approach me and I had an appointment. I saw a salesman standing around talking to a technician. They saw me, but continued talking, not acknowledging me at all. Even tho they may have had something important to talk about, they could have acknowledged me. I had to walk over to them to get them to address me. I just leased a brand new Prius from them. I felt very unimportant and wonder if the service stops once you get a car from them? I have been involved in professions that involve heavy customer service and this was definitely bad service. I even asked the technician a question about my car and he said he would follow up with me. I never saw him again. He was no where to be found. Very poor customer service. If I'd been a man I am sure I would've gotten better service. Do better trainig of your staff to service all and every customer no matter age, sex, race, etc. No excuses! More

Quick, positive response to unscheduled request I needed a tire replaced because I wrecked on the night before and was running on a donut. Went in without an appointment and they graciously accommo I needed a tire replaced because I wrecked on the night before and was running on a donut. Went in without an appointment and they graciously accommodated me despite their busy schedule. They also met the price of another tire I had purchased at another Toyota dealership not too long ago.
