Great Customer Service I brought my Scion XB in for it's 15,000 mile service. Evan Bantin in the service department was extremely helpful and very friendly. John my shuttle driver was very friendly and a very safe driver. I also ran in to Elliott Franzen, the salesman that sold me my Scion a year and a half ago and he recognized me and made it a point to say hi and ask me how my Scion was treating me and if i was still happy with it. I was shocked that he remembered me from a year and a half ago, let alone what car i bought. It made me feel like he cared about me as a person and not just another customer. I will definable be purchasing my next vehicle from him and recommending him to all friends and family looking to buy a new car. Overall I received exceptional customer service and will be returning. No pressure to buy brought my Camry in for oil change. My husband said if they offer you a new car within $50.00 of our current car payment buy it. Sure enough a salesman approached me to discuss cars mileage and could he find me a new car? I told him okay. 0% interest, trade in and no money down. Fair sale and no pressure. I have worked with Jay and Glesty over the years and they always have been a pleasure to work with. Explaining everything in detail from the work that needs to be done to the final bill. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. Sometimes I need a shuttle back and forth and this is a great added service. I have 195000 miles on my Avalon and it runs like new.
