Pleasantly Pleased I am fairly new to the area and live in Salem. I tried another Toyota dealer for service but it just wasn't the quality Toyota Experience that I had b I am fairly new to the area and live in Salem. I tried another Toyota dealer for service but it just wasn't the quality Toyota Experience that I had been accustomed to as a long time Toyota owner so I looked elsewhere. Wilsonville Toyota lived up to the Toyota reputation with friendly, professional service. I like the accessibility of Sunday hours, the informative and courteous approach of the two service underwriters that greeted me, and the prompt service. When the maintenance work was completed, the underwriters explained what was done, and what was needed for my next appointment. I will definitely be back to Wilsonville Toyota for service, and, when I witnessed the way in which salespeople were engaging customers in the showroom, I'll probably buy my next Toyota there as well. While waiting, I looked around at the showroom and lot and ended up having a great conversation with Stephen Krepps, one of the salespeople. Great guy, very knowledgeable and personable. If anyone is reading this and wants a nice sales experience, seek him out. More

Organized and Efficient I was greeted by name upon arrival at my appointment. The service writer was efficient and thoroughly explained what would be done to my car..The wait I was greeted by name upon arrival at my appointment. Very satisfied.....Little hiccup I brought my car in for maintenance (oil change). It was brought to my attention that the car was due for 30,000 mile maintenance. Due to a breakdown of communication I was shocked when the car was done and I had a $175 balance due ( I thought it was covered under my auto care program).Since the extra charges were not explained to me, the service agent took responsibility for the charges. Thank you. There was another little hiccup.. while I was in your waiting room, my daughter texted me that you kept calling the house to say the car was done (first call was 30 mins after I brought it in.) Some one told my home that I must have taken the shuttle because I wasn't there?????? I was in your waiting room!! Caused a bit of confusion at my home. Except for that, great experience. More

Top Tier Service I came in to the service department unannounced with an emergency situation. They were pretty busy on a Monday noon time and I had squeal on my passen I came in to the service department unannounced with an emergency situation. They were pretty busy on a Monday noon time and I had squeal on my passenger side that really concerned me but I a family emergency and really pressed on time, this team took control and said they'd do what they could but it would take at least an hour. Long story short the service department had me fixed and out of there in 30 min. Thank you service team I am glad to know i have such quality group to take care of me and my ride! More
