Overall, the experience was great, and most people working on the floor and walking through the lobby/coffee area were courteous and friendly. The shuttle service gentlemen was polite and attentive, and he checked each hour, by my request, to see if I wanted to go somewhere. It turned out that I stayed in the lobby area because it was comfortable. Lastly, the reason I did not give five stars was the vacuum service was in my opinion incomplete and sloppy. Recognizing it is a free service, I felt guilty complaining about this. Nonetheless, I had two complaints, one was a scratch on the door panel that was not there before I dropped off my RAV4, and the other was some leave particles and such that were still in the trunk area. Avalon Bluetooth "call in progress" problem Our new Avalon is equipped with a JBL Audio with navigation system that is supposed to be compatible with Bluetooth ver. 1.1 thru ver 3.1 +EDR. We ha Our new Avalon is equipped with a JBL Audio with navigation system that is supposed to be compatible with Bluetooth ver. 1.1 thru ver 3.1 +EDR. We have LG Chocolate phones which use Bluetooth ver 2.1 +EDR and they don't seem to work completely with the Avalon's Bluetooth. According to the Toyota compatibility chart this phone has not been tested, but it doesn't say it will not work. When a call is made while the car is turned off it goes directly to the phone, like it should. Then after the call has finished and the car is started the Bluetooth system shows that there is a "call in progress", even though the phone doesn't show a call in progress. We took the Avalon into Wilsonville Toyota to see if there was a problem with the Bluetooth system. Unfortunately, Wilsonville Toyota doesn't have a Bluetooth specialist or even a technician that can troubleshoot Bluetooth. The service person did send it to be checked out and they did update the navigation software with hopes that it would work. Well, nothing changed. I did find a "work around" to clear the "call in progress", but that is as good as it gets. It seems odd that this quality of car doesn't have better support. More

Terrible experience with rental car I had a terrible experience with having to wait an hour and a half for the enterprise to come get me at wilsonville toyota today. I took my brand new I had a terrible experience with having to wait an hour and a half for the enterprise to come get me at wilsonville toyota today. I took my brand new car in for environmental protection to be applied and was to be given a rental car for the day. After waiting 1.5 hours Toyota drove my 4 yr old and I to the rental car place. They assured me that a car would be waiting. Well after the toyota rep left they informed me that they actually didnt have a car for me. About 5 minutes later, a rental car rep informed me that i could take a super dirty car he had just brought in or i could wait another hour for them to clean it. We took the dirty car because we were done with waiting. It was disgusting! Toyota did apologize for this issue, however said there was really nothing they could do. Ugh! Thank goodness, around 3:30, enterprise tried to make the situation right by replacing their disgusting car. Even with that said, im extremely frustrated with the dealership because my appointment has been set up since last week.....:( More

The Wilsonville logo in the middle of the page makes it hard to read the service that has been performed. 2. Work performed is listed at least twice which is not necessary & takes longer to read. 3. At a previous dealer the had a check off sheet that showed each item checked and whether it was ok or needed service. They also listed what had been done. Just some thoughts. All in all GREAT SERVICE!!!! More

Awesome Easy in and out service. They told me my service time would be 1 hour and it indeed was just a 1 hour wait. The waiting area was very comfortable. Easy in and out service. They told me my service time would be 1 hour and it indeed was just a 1 hour wait. The waiting area was very comfortable. Resembled a living room not the usual service dept furniture for sure. They offer free coffee and snacks at the snack bar. Even dog beds for your pet to use while the car is serviced. I will come here for every scheduled car service that is needed and I come from out of town. It is 100% worth my 50+ mile one way trip to come here to Wilsonville Toyota. More
