Routine Minor Service Katie was a good, personable, helpful service tech. Last service check we were told we needed new tires. Had them checked at a tire shop and we were told they were good. Katie said the tires apparently checked out fine this week. Glad I didn't spend hundreds of dollars before I really need to. More
Very disappointed in the service I bought a brand new RAV 4 Limited with every possible option from this dealership, when I found out it did not come with the HomeLink option, I asked I bought a brand new RAV 4 Limited with every possible option from this dealership, when I found out it did not come with the HomeLink option, I asked the parts department what I can do. They offer to put in an Auto Dimming Mirror, but it will cost me $600. Then the nightmare began ... After 3 days, they finally got hold of me and told me the wind shield broke when they tried to removed the original mirror, so I will have to wait until next Monday or Tuesday, so the wind shield can be shipped in from California. After 8 days without my car, I called, they told me the mirror did not arrive. I have to wait until next week. I was planning on taking a road trip with this new car, but instead, I will had to take this family trip with my 10 year old truck. After I came back from my trip, I called and the car is now finally ready. I picked up my new car, which I purchased on July 31st, but only got to drive for one week, then the dealer's service department kept it for 3 weeks after the wind shield was broken. Then ... I was driving down the road, a piece of molding fell off, I had to stop on the freeway to figure out what it was. It was the molding that was part of the mirror that was installed. Then I looked around and found there was another piece of molding sitting around the passenger side and I have no idea where it is from. I have been going to this dealer for the past 10 years for service and I am normally not very picky ... but on boy ... this was not acceptable AT ALL! More

I was provided with a free rental car and everything was taken care of very professionally and quickly. ALWAYS BUSY SERVICE CENTER Just like a good restaurant a busy service center says a lot. Have always had good experiences and would recommend taking your car there to anyone. If I had one complaint it would be as technology in cars gets more complex technophobes like me are a little overwhelmed. I was driving back from a road trip when I noticed the entune in my car stopped working. I stopped in and someone immediately took a look and supposedly fixed it. The maps worked , but when I checked for gas prices or Pandora out later, it would not recognize me. I was set up to bring my car in yesterday and mentioned it. to the Svc. Writer. I was given oral instructions, but can still not make it work. Somewhere the Svc. Writer missed me saying I am not technically inclined. My suggestion would be to have someone well versed in the Entune system , or any other tech device in the car that could actually fix the problem. Now, my choices are to bring it back in which is a fair haul for me, or have one of my kids try to fool with the issues I am having. I would suggest having someone who can actually make all the tech work in the care without the trial & error. On the sales side of the issue, I am very please with Greg McMilan. If I ask him a sales question I get a straight answer or he will find out and get back to me L.S Breiman More
