Great service! Wilsonville Toyota isn't the closest dealer, in fact I drove almost an hour (at rush hour) to get there, but they were the only dealer in the area tha Wilsonville Toyota isn't the closest dealer, in fact I drove almost an hour (at rush hour) to get there, but they were the only dealer in the area that could get me in the same week for a 10k service. Well worth the trip - the service was quicker than expected and they washed my car for me. More

Routine Toyota Care Service Wilsonville Toyota service department exceeded my expectations once again! Staff were are friendly and knowledgeable. Somewhat dissapointed They claim to be the friendliest place but I did not truly find that experience. When I arrived no one greeted me but one person yelled out to me tha They claim to be the friendliest place but I did not truly find that experience. When I arrived no one greeted me but one person yelled out to me that someone would be with me soon. A young lady at the far counter made eye contact turned her head and picked up some papers and then starting walking toward me - no wave of hello or I am on my way. She was polite enough to talk to. I asked it I could also get my front windows tinted and was informed that would not be possible as they work with someone down the street and they are terribly busy - but she would give me there contact information and I could make my own arrangements. I cam a long way and was hoping to get things done in one sitting. When she got me checked in I was told that Enterprise would be there within a few minutes with my rental car. After about an hour I finally approached her and she did not seem to be too concerned that it has been an hour waiting for a rental but did call Enterprise and they finally arrived about 15 minutes later. When I picked up the car, again the yound lady saw me come in but provided no salutation to me at all. I approached her and she had my car brought up. The young man who dilevered my car would not even say hello to me - simply a very cold departure. I won't be back. My experience buying the car was not all that great either. More
