Somewhat dissapointed They claim to be the friendliest place but I did not truly find that experience. When I arrived no one greeted me but one person yelled out to me that someone would be with me soon. A young lady at the far counter made eye contact turned her head and picked up some papers and then starting walking toward me - no wave of hello or I am on my way. She was polite enough to talk to. I asked it I could also get my front windows tinted and was informed that would not be possible as they work with someone down the street and they are terribly busy - but she would give me there contact information and I could make my own arrangements. I cam a long way and was hoping to get things done in one sitting. When she got me checked in I was told that Enterprise would be there within a few minutes with my rental car. After about an hour I finally approached her and she did not seem to be too concerned that it has been an hour waiting for a rental but did call Enterprise and they finally arrived about 15 minutes later. When I picked up the car, again the yound lady saw me come in but provided no salutation to me at all. I approached her and she had my car brought up. The young man who dilevered my car would not even say hello to me - simply a very cold departure. I won't be back. My experience buying the car was not all that great either. More

1st service Simple and easy. The service was scheduled around my time constraints and I was able to pick up my vehicle on a Sunday when my scheduled permitted. Simple and easy. Luke addressed other concerns I had, and delivered the vehicle, with the corrections. Customer service like this is definitely hard to find. I appreciate the care my vehicle and I received. service great,but the45,000 maint. contract disappointment I purchaced the extra maint. Service contract for up to 45,000 miles on required oil changes and required maintainace. This cost $980. Took my 2014 T I purchaced the extra maint. Service contract for up to 45,000 miles on required oil changes and required maintainace. This cost $980. Took my 2014 Tacoma in for the 30,000 full service. The spark plugs are required to be replaced every 30,000 miles. Thats my beef its under the required service and not the recommened portion. I was stuck paying for the spark plug replacement at a cost of $210. My salesman i talked to said they were trained in believing that this extra 15,000 program paid for everything required. My beef is not with the service I received because its top notch. Robert Thompson. More
