Wilsonville Toyota - Service Center

Not happy with experience I took my new RAV in to have a clear bra installed and I assumed Wilsonville would wash the entire vehicle before applying the Clear Bra. Well in m I took my new RAV in to have a clear bra installed and I assumed Wilsonville would wash the entire vehicle before applying the Clear Bra. Well in my case, Wilsonville Service must have only spot washed the areas where they were applying the Clear Bra, piping etc. Well, I hope they washed those areas! My friend had a clear bra put on her Camry at another dealer the week before and they washed her entire vehicle prior to application. so I assumed that Wilsonville would do the same. Anyway, I was a little shocked when I picked iup my unwashed RAV. I would have gone to the car wash before taking it in if I would have known it would not be washed all over prior to installation. Well, I definitely will not be back to Wilsonville for service since I am use to getting better service at the other nearby Toyota Dealer One other thing, it took 45 min to get my loaner vehicle and I was told it took 15 minutes when the appointment was booked. DId a fine job I only asked that they not refill the wiper fluid because I use my own. They did not refill it! They also washed it very thoroughly. I have roof racks I only asked that they not refill the wiper fluid because I use my own. They did not refill it! They also washed it very thoroughly. I have roof racks on my car and automated car washes never wash under the racks. But the entire roof was clean, so they must have hand washed it. I was not provided with a loner car because "Sunday is a hectic day" for that kind of thing. I was a little bored in the waiting room, but I drank a lot of the provided coffee. I don't know if loner cars are a normal thing though, but it would be nice. More
