DId a fine job I only asked that they not refill the wiper fluid because I use my own. They did not refill it! They also washed it very thoroughly. I have roof racks I only asked that they not refill the wiper fluid because I use my own. They did not refill it! They also washed it very thoroughly. I have roof racks on my car and automated car washes never wash under the racks. But the entire roof was clean, so they must have hand washed it. I was not provided with a loner car because "Sunday is a hectic day" for that kind of thing. I was a little bored in the waiting room, but I drank a lot of the provided coffee. I don't know if loner cars are a normal thing though, but it would be nice. More

This dealership is fine, but very unhappy with Toyota. Our 2015 Highlander was called in on a recall of the powersteering. While it was being repaired (we were told it could be 6 weeks) we were given a re Our 2015 Highlander was called in on a recall of the powersteering. While it was being repaired (we were told it could be 6 weeks) we were given a rental. Unfortunately, the rental was a Corolla, not an SUV. Toyota refused to approve $5.00 extra a day to give us an equivalent vehicle and since we didn't think this should cost us anything, we were stuck with a car too small for our needs. Also, Toyota doesn't allow them to keep the part on hand even during a recall so it had to be ordered AFTER our car was held hostage. It ended up taking almost 4 weeks. I was also unhappy that I called 3 times in two days after 2 weeks and was told that things had been "too busy" to return my calls. I should have been kept better informed. The problem with the power steering was eventually resolved, but not without our losing a lot of faith in Toyota's customer service. More
