The only problem we had this last time was picking up the car. After meeting with the service advisor and paying for the service, we waited over 15 minutes to get our car. We had to flag another worker to get our car. That was very poor service. Other than that, everything else was fine. More

Zach helped us out when we decided to trade in our car and was very knowledgeable about our options and made sure we were happy with what we got and a Zach helped us out when we decided to trade in our car and was very knowledgeable about our options and made sure we were happy with what we got and also valued our time by letting my husband know up front what he needed to sign for and then when he could go so he could leave to another appointment he had. She went to bat for me with Toyota corporate and I got everything covered under warranty - it wasn't necessarily a foregone conclusion that it would all be covered initially so this was a big deal (almost 2k worth of work). Highly recommend! More

Top level service and products I’m a fan of Wilsonville Toyota now since 2012. Although i live in Washington i am good with driving the +/-45 minutes every 6/8 months to this dealer I’m a fan of Wilsonville Toyota now since 2012. Although i live in Washington i am good with driving the +/-45 minutes every 6/8 months to this dealer services location- just to get my oil changed and the vehicle inspection service. I LOVE hanging out with my dog - the lounge is decent and comfortable but I really come for the professional direct courteous service. They are straight shooters. Love to see you driving their vehicles a long time and don’t high pressure you into anything! Best No BS kind of place that I highly recommend to anyone. More
