I had the most pleasant experience ever purchasing a vehicle from Zeck Dealerships. My Journey started actually at Zeck Ford where I met salesmen Nicholas. Nicholas was busy at the time helping another customer so he referred us to lady named Taylor. Taylor helped us until she found out that the vehicle i wanted was at the Chevy Dealership down the street. They were busy so Taylor couldn't follow us down there. So i headed that way alone. Thats when i might my man Cord. Cord was very helpful and took good care of me. He answered all my questions and made my car buying process not as painful. He even helped me get my popcorn out of the machine after it got stuck! lol Cord walked me through the "Zecks Way" of buying a car and i never felt pressured to buy or sign anything. Cord is a bit of a pretty boy so make sure your wife's not with you or she may be looking at him! lol J/K Cord was very professional and followed up with me concerning some leather work that needed done. Nicholas also checked on me when everything was over to make sure I had everythingi need and was taken care of. Overall great experience. Highly recommend Zeck for its vehicle prices and customer service. The finance Department was not bad either. Rocky, the finance guy was able to get me a great rate and beat my pre approval! More
