Made appointment for 8 AM for oil change on 2023 3500HD. Told service department that I would be waiting. Walked to another appointment. Finally cashed out at noon. 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Will not be using Windy for our two chevys in the future. I would save time driving to Wenatchee to Cascade to have service do e at a much more professional and well run service center. More
