Unsure They got the car running (which I am much appreciated)...but the radio and interior lights no longer worked (I am checking this). Also the cost seemed HIGH...that along with a bad experience with an oil change in which they OVER filled my oil and then when asked, blamed the blue smoke on me...so not comfortable using exept when no other choice at this time. Ron Stratton called New Years Eve with an offer to take the Trax and put us in a new Silverado. The offer was too good to pass up. Aaron Murdock, our usual salesman also drove it to Cle Elum to deliver and finalize the paperwork. That to me is above taking care of your customer! I appreciate all you have done for us! More

I typically dont take the time to write reviews, but Windy Chevrolet here in my home town of Eburg has this young man named Brandon who gave me the best experience I've had at any dealership I've been t Windy Chevrolet here in my home town of Eburg has this young man named Brandon who gave me the best experience I've had at any dealership I've been to. He's nothing like the prototypical salesman....just a genuine kid trying to help you make a big decision without any of the nonsense. To be honest, I didn't expect to buy a car here. I figured I'd get an idea on how much they would give me for my vehicle and then due in part to larger competing dealers in the central washington surrounding area, someone would offer me more for my trade in and give me a better price on what I was looking for but that wasn't the case. Brandon helped me work with his sales manager, Jordan ( Aslo a super nice young man) to give me a price I thought was fair for my trade in. Additionally, the KIA they sold me was a better deal than other ones I researched in competing areas. Buying vehicles is always painful for me, but this crew made the experience way less stressful. Thanks again for all the help fellas, and tell Ron I'll be leaving with the TV next time :) More

Frustrated I asked for pricing for things they suggested should be done. Was given a lump sum on a text message. When car was picked up, I looked in the paperwo I asked for pricing for things they suggested should be done. Was given a lump sum on a text message. Had to ask for the list and pricing, Person helping me didn't know and had to find Marty who had texted me, to write it out. He then gave me another lump sum. I again had to ask for it to be broken out. More
