My salesman Aaron Murdock was a pleasure to work with! He came in on his day off to meet my inspector. and helped him get an accurate assessment and photos of the truck. Aaron answered every single question I had (and I had a lot!) in a prompt and professional fashion. He worked with me on price to make the truck fit my budget, and went above and beyond to get the sale. Jordan the used car manager was extremely helpful in working with my shipper to get the truck loaded and headed my way. Kate in Finance helped me get all the paperwork sorted, and worked with me to get through all the nonsense Wisconsin has for registering trucks! The whole team was great, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! More

Misleading, confusing, pushy I have attempted to give windy Chevrolet my business multiple times and each time has lead me elsewhere due to their poor practices of giving misleadi I have attempted to give windy Chevrolet my business multiple times and each time has lead me elsewhere due to their poor practices of giving misleading information and not following through with what they said. Recently they recommended new plugs and wires and wanted to charge over $750. When I referenced it with another Chevy shop, they said that was outrageous and should only be around $400. Probably will only use for oil changes moving forward. More

Service not the same I bought my car from Windy Chevrolet & have always been happy with the service department. I called to make an appointment & asked how long they would need it that day & Tim told me he would like it for half a day, I said that was fine. My appointment was for 8:30, I called at 12:30 & Zach told me Tim & the technician we’re out to lunch & he would have him call me back. Tim didn’t call me so I finally called at 3:30, Tim said they couldn’t find the problem I had told them about but would tell the technician again. He called me back & said they still had to do the the alignment & it would be ready in an hour. My half day turned into 8 hrs. The service writer has always kept in touch with me letting me know what’s going on. No this time. I’m very disappointed in the service department. More
