Purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey on 3/29/25. I knew it had issues , as used cars tend to, but Wixom Motors assured me that they would repair the air conditioning and a transmission issue. I noticed the AC wasn't working on my first test drive. It worked for one day after they worked on it. My mechanic confirmed the failed part was the one they claimed to have replaced. Brought it back in. After a long wait, they assured me it was repaired but couldn't be tested because it was too cold (55F) out. Never worked. Now they are not returning my calls, and I am looking at a $1500 repair. After two visits, they couldn't resolve the transmission switch issue as well. My mechanic ended up fixing it for $600. Long story short, do not trust their service department at all. They keep you coming back and waiting until you give up. Dino was very nice. More

Nico was the salesman that helped me. I came in looking for a truck that had on their website. When i showed interest to purchase the entire team was great. The worked with me for the payment I wanted and they got it to within 20 bucks. I also had a check engine light issue and they were able to let me bring it back and they repaired it through the warranty. My only gripe is that there was no gas when I picked it up and it was pretty dirty inside and out. If this truck works out for as long as I need it to I will be back More

JUST DONT. Purchase elsewhere. Also when you take your car back in for their service after they delivered it ( a PORSCHE no less ) with major mechanical problem Purchase elsewhere. Also when you take your car back in for their service after they delivered it ( a PORSCHE no less ) with major mechanical problems , their service manager will crash it and hide the car for 8 weeks ( exact truth with documents ) and then you’ll think it’s fine until you take it for an oil change ( after fighting with your insurance who suddenly says there’s an accident / prior damage and raises your rate by double , even though you KNOW it’s had no accidents and you surely haven’t had one. ) the porsche specialist you take it to for its oil change and tune up. Finds MAJOR damage that you absolutely know wasn’t present ( after all. You had your own legal team from your non profit ( which you purchased the very nice used car for business with - inspect it and broker the deal. ) did I mention how hard it was to get ANY answer about anything involving my own vehicle while I was stranded without one for those 8 weeks. Yeah. Just. Don’t. And if you DO purchase here , do so with a lawyer and mechanical team so they can’t joyride / cause major damage. ( the repairs I’ve had to do because salvage law means she had an accident while I owned her means the accident is on MY LexisNexis report. ) has cost me double what I paid for the car. Luckily I keep records and so does my team. More
