There were three attempts to get the vehicle registered in my name. They let my temporary tags expire. I was without a car for a month. * Refused to give me any paperwork from the sale of the vehicle or the warranty. * Lied about my income on credit application!!!!!!  * Multiple issues with car that were not disclosed to us including broken TPS, broken taillight, broken USB ports, entire fuse-box that does not have power to it and now the check engine light is on.   They completely fail to take accountability for their faults, no remorse for their complete lack of competence. DO NOT BUY FROM WIXOM MOTORS.  More

Dealership FORGED signature on title transfer paperwork and hid the title information from us when we requested it. This was done because they could NOT produce an original certificate of title only a cert and hid the title information from us when we requested it. Dealership gave us 2 clean Michigan 12-point safety reports when we went to them with major concerns after purchase: Telling them money doesn't matter we just want a safe car. Damage WM Dealership missed that put our LIVES AT RISK on the road: - Rear differentials needed complete replacement - No horn - Replacement of fluids and filters (including trans @ 30k miles) - Dry rot tires Multiple issues with financing as well! They ended up ignoring us as their solution. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!! More
