Shadiest dealership I've ever dealt with! On November 30 me and my fiancé purchased a truck from this place.The truck was for sale (online price) for $23,294. We do have proof of this. My fiance was there in person and I was out of town so all paperwork was sent electronically to me. At the time of signing, I did not notice they had altered the selling price of the truck. They altered it to $28,995. I called to speak to "Bobby" who was the sales guy and he wasn't there so I spoke to the general manager Elliot. I explained the issue and he verified over the phone that the selling price was wrong on the contract an assured me it would get fixed. Mind you, I spoke to him the very next day after the purchase. After not hearing anything back that next Monday, I called to speak to Elliot again...and he wasn't there. Finally got in touch with Bobby again and he told me as well over the phone that the selling price was in fact wrong. A few days later with no answers....I called and spoke to the finance manager which got me no where and he was rude claiming I was wrong. Then called again today....no Elliot around...got hung up on 3 times....then finally talked to "Bobby" and and basically got told none of it was there fault and tried to blame it in a 3rd party advertising? After all this he called my fiance, lied to him about ever speaking to me...said someone impersonated him. What a joke. The sales guy "Bobby" is just as shady as the finance manager and I'm beginning to think this General manager Elliot is just as shady seeing as how he also lied about fixing this issue. I sure hope he is on the best vacation of his life right now. I STRONGLY suggest staying away from this dealership. The bad reviews on here speak for themselves as I'm sure they are all true! I will be sending the BBB and review on them as well along with all my documented proof. What they did is illegal and also fraud! I just wanted the selling price corrected....guess I have to resort to other measures. More
Process for viewing a buying our used car was handled professionally and courteously. Bought a car a year ago and a pricey warranty that "covered just about everything" which, stupid me, thought typical problems would be covered. Well, after having to pay out of pocket to replace the f "covered just about everything" which, stupid me, thought typical problems would be covered. Well, after having to pay out of pocket to replace the front and rear suspension, tire pressure sensors that went out just days after purchasing, and both front wheel bearings, the "warranty" has not paid a dime because they failed to inform me that after the vehicle hit 150k miles, pretty much nothing was covered anymore! Not to mention the many hours spent cleaning the vehicle, even after their "detail" I still spent days cleaning out moldy french fries from the air vents and between the seats. While the people may be helpful (only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1), don't listen to their blatant lies. The manager straight up lied that everything was covered, I don't remember the name, I think it was Al but I will NEVER go back here again, and have stopped multiple people from falling for the lies. More

I recently purchased a 2017 Porsche 911 991. 2 from wixom and immediately threw a CEL however I purchased without warranty so no argument there. I was provided the title and bill of sale and when attempting to register the vehicle I was unable due to a lien on the title. I’ve never received a lien release and called the dealership. Gabi told me they sent the only lien release paperwork in to secretary state and had no copies. I initially was told they would email one over in a few hours but unfortunately due to the fact they weren’t named on the title or previous loan that the credit union could only mail it. I was then told by end of business the next day they’d have the lien release and will send to me. I have been contacting them following up everyday and haven’t gotten a response, just that she is with a customer and she will reach out! It’s very frustrating and both mentally and physically exhausting to have to go through this in addition to not being able to drive my car after paying for it. More
