I ran into Mike when The Toyota dealership was running a promotional sales option last month. I was impressed with Mike because he was personable and down to earth, but he did not find an option for me that promotional sales option last month. Mike not only walked me through the scary parts of losing a vehicle to an accident but may have put his reputation on the line when he and his associates helped me get a new vehicle with no money down and a substantial rebate. That’s the kind of help that makes a fellow feels like he belongs even when bad things happen. Mike is more concerned for me than selling me a car. I sure hope all the difficulty he has and will go through to get me into exactly what I wanted will pay off for him. I’m pretty sure he will be happy because I’m in a great car with a great price. Great experience, we test drove the Toyota Rav 4,but we weren't ready to make a decision on a vehicle that day.
