Cody gave me exceptional service. I told him I had an appointment and needed fast diagnosis and a rental. My car was diagnosed immediately and I got a brand new Avalon to drive within 30 minutes. I have even called him, from various local tire service stores, to verify their accuracy of recommended services and costs with that of Spartan Toyota. Each time, Mr. McAbee instructed me to bring my vehicle in and it was determined that approximately 66% of the services and costs, recommended by other service stores, were not necessary. This dealership made my experience in leasing my new car very enjoyable. I was intially in the market for a used car, but in today's market with cars being beyond expensive, I was not finding anything close very enjoyable. Jerome Edwards (Sales Rep) caught me while I was leaving the dealership disappointed because they had no used vehicles in my price range. Jerome broke down all the variables of leasing a vehicle. I was terrified at first, but with options like 15,000 miles per year instead of 12,000, warranties, and, the most important, a MUCH cheaper monthly payment for a MUCH newer car, the xxxxxxout-wighed the con's by a lot. Jerome along with the rest of the staff I worked with were all very polite, professional, and easy to work with. I did not feel as if I was being lied to, as I did at almost all of the other car dealerships I had previously visted. By the end of my visit, I ended up with a better car than we were originally negotiating on (LE instead of the L version) and more miles per year (15,000 instead of 12,000) at a much cheaper price than they were originally asking. The staff at Spartan Toyota definitely made me feel comfortable and and at ease with my decision. More
