Cody in the service dept as well as the rest of the staff i have interacted with have been fantastic to work with. This is my 4th Toyota, my 3rd tacoma I have owned. I will say i am very frustrated with th i have interacted with have been fantastic to work with. This is my 4th Toyota, my 3rd tacoma I have owned. I will say i am very frustrated with the leak in the bed of my truck. I spent 36000.00 on my first brand new vehicle and spent extra 2100.00 and put a new topper on the bed to keep it dry and the leak is persistant. Again Cody has been great and gone above snd beyond to help try and fix this issue and i know there are other tacomas with the same issue. I would like there to be a fix that Toyota can provide. That is my only frustration with this tacoma. Also on all my Toyotas i have owned they have been maintained at the dealership. I havent done that with any of the GM vehicles i have owned. Overall i am very happy with my purchase and Toyota in general with the exception of that leak issue. The professional staff alone will keep me coming back! Thanks, Scott Simon More
