My Monday November 15 visit with Terry Moubray was excellent! I brought my Toyota Corolla in to get the gear shift light bulb replaced. Service Advisor Mike Smith ordered the bulb during a previous se excellent! I brought my Toyota Corolla in to get the gear shift light bulb replaced. Service Advisor Mike Smith ordered the bulb during a previous service visit, but I didn’t receive a call back from Mr. Smith. I called Terry to find out the status of the replacement bulb. Terry was able to track down the bulb. He said I could bring the car in on Monday November 8. I called Terry the next day and said I have a meeting on November 8; I asked Terry if I could come in the following Monday November 15. Terry said that would be okay. Terry has been servicing my car for many years and we have developed a good rapport. Terry Moubray is professional, courteous, and answered my questions. . More
