I had routine service provided at 20,000 miles on my 2018 Highlander. Also this was the first time that I was turned away and had to return with an appointment to receive service. I was scheduled on a Sat Highlander. Also this was the first time that I was turned away and had to return with an appointment to receive service. I was scheduled on a Saturday morning at 10:30 am. I was promptly greeted and my car was serviced in about 30 minutes. I know now to call ahead for an appointment. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the service and give give them 5 stars. I hold no grudges. More
