Excellent Service I was promptly waited on by service advisor, Khirese Leek. This was my last general warranty service on my 2018 Highlander. Shortly after I was se I was promptly waited on by service advisor, Khirese Leek. This was my last general warranty service on my 2018 Highlander. Shortly after I was seated in the waiting room, Mr. Leek informed me that my right rear tire had a nail in it and that he needed my consent to remove the nail and repair the tire. Within 15 minutes, Mr. Leek returned to the waiting room and informed me that the warranty service was completed and that the nail in the tire had been removed and the tire puncture had been repaired. I was pleasantly surprised that the total cost for the repair of the tire was only $11.20. I left the dealer service very pleased with promptness and efficiency of the service provided and how pleasant Mr. Leek handled the service call. The total time at the service department could not have been more than 45 minutes. More
