We have had 2 Camry’s that we bought from you. We need to trust that you are telling us the whole truth. We are looking for a new car next year and are considering a Toyota. The last time I was in for service for an oil change I was on the schedule and it took over 2 hours. Sorry to complain. Just letting you know. Floyd Dreffs More

"Nothing open," the personable scheduler said, "but let's see if we can work you in somehow; how about 12:30 p.m.?" And that she did. Service Writer, Terry Moubry, met me at the door, responded easily to a special request I had re: the type of oil I wanted, got me in and out in 30+ minutes. And just before returning my freshly washed (and wet) Prius to me, Terry wrote down for me a couple of services due the vehicle on my next visit. Much appreciated. For my two Toyotas, I deal with Spartan (Lansing), Dunning (Ann Arbor) and Sunshine (Battle Creek). All do good, dependable work, but Spartan ALWAYS MAKES IT HAPPEN WHEN I NEED IT DONE (sorry for the caps). Many thanks. More
