10000 mile check up and oil change on our 2018 RAV 4 We got there a half hour early and ended up being there 2 hours. Everything was done well. It was also my third visit trying to get the vibration ou We got there a half hour early and ended up being there 2 hours. Everything was done well. It was also my third visit trying to get the vibration out of our ride at 75 MPH and they took special pains to correct that. This time the balancing effort worked and the ride home up US 127 to Mt. Pleasant and west to Big Rapids was vibration free and the ride is now smooth. The car wash doesn't do a good job on the rear of SUV's, so it wasn't clean, there. The important thing, though, is that service on the RAV 4 was top notch. More
