Had some issues, but they corrected them. Our 2nd set of key was misplaced by someone, and there was confusion as to where it was. They had to order a new key, then we were told it would be a week before that would come in. It turned out that the key had been received, and the appropriate people were not told. They then came and picked up our vehicle and took it in to get the new key programmed, and brought it back to us. Seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and confusion, but we are very happy with our new Highlander!! We give a big "attaboy" to Todd Driver!! More
