So VERY impressed with Spartan Toyota! I made an recent unplanned visit to Spartan. I was traveling from Maryland. Twice in succession I had had to jump-start my 2010 Highlander Hybrid and I made an recent unplanned visit to Spartan. I was traveling from Maryland. Twice in succession I had had to jump-start my 2010 Highlander Hybrid and suspected either a failing 12V battery an/or charging system problem. The service-writer promised to check everything and that I could expect about an hour wait before someone could attend to the car. After a mere 20 minutes wait, he returned to tell me that the problem had been a rear dome light that had been left on. I was on my way with NO CHARGE and they even WASHED MY SUV!! Amazing. More
