The salesman we had, Russell, was very professional, polite, concerned, and accommodating. We find this to be extremely important when making a large purchase, such as this car. He seemed to go out of his way to make our experience with Spartan enjoyable. I have to add that our previous salesman, who is no longer there, kind of dropped the ball with us. I was under the impression that our order had previously been placed, only to find out that not only did he not work there anymore, he failed to order the car that we wanted. Fortunately for us, there was a car coming in that had the advanced safety package that we required. Not my first choice in color, but it was equipped as required. Russell helped us do what was needed to acquire that vehicle. If I were looking for someone to work for us, I would be happy to have someone with Russell's work ethic and attention to detail. 5000 mile free check Terry took care of the free check up plus installation of set of 4 mud flaps I ordered and paid for. Everything was fine except now that the tires were rotated I have a slight vibration felt not so much in the steering wheel as under my feet and rear. It is felt at freeway speed (75 mph), and previous to the rotation everything was smooth as silk from the factory. I will stop in to service the next time we are in Lansing from our home in Big Rapids. More
